a few answers.

Do I need an AI provider account or API key?

No. Sign in with your Noverix account and choose an available model and route in the app. Your account shows your current membership benefits and quota.

How does AI Canvas relate to Noverix?

AI Canvas is a distinct professional design product by Noverix, used as a plugin within Noverix. It shares your account and adds a professional subscription to your base Noverix membership. Connections to SketchUp and other apps are companion components of AI Canvas, not separate plugin subscriptions.

Can I use AI Canvas without SketchUp?

You can start by importing images to generate and revise designs. Install the relevant app and companion component when you want to connect a native model or work with a SketchUp project. Check the current version for supported capabilities.

Where does my data go?

Task files, results and history stay on your computer by default. Prompts, attachment content or images needed for AI processing pass through Noverix to your selected model route. Assets you choose to upload to a model platform are handled under that service’s rules.

Which operating systems are supported?

Noverix currently targets 64-bit Windows PCs. Check the app for supported SketchUp versions and capabilities. Downloads for macOS, Linux and mobile devices are not currently available.
